Does my child have to own a horse to join a 4-H horse club?

No. Although it is a requirement for some of our horse clubs that the youth own or lease a horse, there are also clubs that allow horseless youth to join. These clubs do maintain horses, so the youth can get hands on experience with horses without the expense of owning one. If your child is interested in joining a 4-H horse club, please contact  jrogalsk@pinellascounty.org.
