How do I know it’s really green?

The simplest and easiest way to identify a green product is to look for third party certified Florida approved Green Labels. Green products are products that are made from nontoxic materials,

made from recycled materials or can be recycled,

energy and water efficient and

from plant based raw materials

Third party certifiers conduct comprehensive evaluations and verifications on companies, products, and services to ensure that the item meets federal and accepted industry compliance and standards. Such evaluations consist of verifying that each life cycle of the item from manufacturing to consumer purchase has been conducted in the most economically, environmentally and socially responsible manner.
