This is an annual fee payable each September or when the child enrolls.The accident insurancecovers your child while they are at 4-H activities. Fees can now be paid on line through the Pinellas County Extension website at https://pinellas.obsres.com/botanical/Info.aspx?EventID=3000.
If you participate in a 4-H club, the club votes whether to charge dues for club level activities. Payment of club dues is optional. Typically most clubs do fundraising in order to raise additional money.
