If I live in another county can I join a Pinellas County 4-H club?

Yes. Whenever enrollment forms with out- of-county addresses are turned in, a Cross County Agreement form is filled out by the 4-H Office and sent to the agent of the other county. The purpose of this document is to alert the agent of the residential county that the 4-H member will be participating and competing as a Pinellas County 4-H'er.Members can only participate in one county per year.
