Are calories eaten at night more fattening?

Woman with a donutIt is the total calories that count, not the time of day you eat them.There is no "witching hour" that makes food more likely to adhere to your hips.The fact of the matter is if you eat more calories than your body burns in a day, the extra calories will be stored as fat. Whether you consume them during 'Good Morning America' or 'Letterman' doesn't matter; there is no connection between calories and the clock.
