To start a club you need four things; an interested adult, five youth from two or more families, a meeting place, and time. Once you have these pieces lined up, the interested adult needs to contact the 4-H office
jrogalsk@pinellascounty.org, to set up an interview. After the interview the adult will need to attend the two hour Pinellas County volunteer orientation. Once the adult has attended orientation and passed the fingerprint and background check, he/she is ready to become a leader. Then training times with the leader and the 4-H agent will be scheduled before the club can begin meeting.
