What is Sustainable Development?

Sustainable Development is balancing growth across the three prongs of sustainability – environment, economy, and society. According to the United Nations, sustainable development means building a future in which global resources are protected, and prosperity and health is available for all of the world’s citizens. Sustainable development is a holistic approach to achieving the goals of sustainability.
