Today Extension uses many methods of getting the needed information out to the public.

• Solutions in 30 – a lunchtime 30 minute webinar – give timely information in a short time.
• Outbound Reservations; allows the public to register for classes held here at the extension service, on line with Webinar, and at other locations in the county.
• 4-H has clubs located throughout the county.
• Family and Consumer Science works closely with Day care Centers, Schools, and Dining facilities to be sure that the staff is aware of food safety and other issues. They also have classes on Money Management.
• Sustainability focuses on Green purchasing, green building, green business, and green government.
• Florida Friendly Landscaping answers consumers landscaping questions both in person and on the phone.
• Commercial Horticulture works with the pesticide and landscaping professionals to assist in keeping their licenses up to date
