The term Hort Desk is short for Horticulture Desk or Lawn and Garden Help Desk. This desk is located in the lobby of the Extension Office and the Natural Resources Department staff and Master Gardener volunteers provide solutions to citizens for all types of questions concerning lawn and landscape care. With the backing of research based information from the University of Florida/IFAS our staff of horticulturists offers sound expert advice to walk in customers as well as through phone calls and e-mail.
