How much of a time commitment is there to being a 4-H club leader?

While your time commitment will vary based on the projects and activities your club selects, you can plan on 8-10 hours per month for meetings and meeting preparation. You will also spend time contacting prospective members and marketing your club.  A 4-H club leader can reasonably expect to spend on average 20 hours a month with an active club.
