What is the difference between horse public speaking and 4-H public speaking?

The first and most noticeable difference is horse public speaking topics are limited to speeches about the horse industry. Second, there is a length difference. Horse public speaking speeches are 3-7 minutes long for juniors and intermediates and 8-10 minutes long for seniors. For horse public speaking, all blue ribbon winner now advance to District competition

Public speaking speeches are 3-7 minutes long for juniors and intermediates and 5-7 minutes long for seniors. For public speaking, the top two winners in each age division advance to District competition

For both, you must provide a typed copy of your speech to the 4-H office before you compete in the contest...
